Before anything else, we want you to know that we believe you’re not choosing to feel this way, and it is not a sign of weakness. Showing up for therapy is a big step when you’re already drained, and you don’t have to have anything figured out before we meet. We want to make this process as simple as possible for you so you can start feeling better.
-
We’ll look at what’s been getting in the way of your daily functioning and what support you need to get through your days with less struggle. We’ll work on coping skills you can use to lift yourself up when you need it most, and it’s likely you’ll even learn a new, useful tool in your very first session.
If depression is affecting your ability to work or stay in school, we can also help you explore accommodations or medical leave options to give you space to recover. We have experience collaborating with medical providers, employers, and schools in these situations.
And if you want to consider whether medication might be helpful, we can connect you with a prescriber we trust, but we’ll never pressure you on the topic. That choice is always yours.

Depression is part of everyday life, so you’ll have access to practical, in-the-moment coaching to help you remember and use the skills we’re working on together. That means being able to call or text your therapist and having them get back to you as soon as possible, rather than waiting until your next session.
We also offer groups and coping skills classes for folks who could benefit from extra structure or accountability. We can help you decide if these might be a good fit based on your needs and goals.
As you begin to feel more capable, we’ll continue checking in together to celebrate your progress, problem-solve, and help you keep moving toward a life that feels meaningful and like your own.

Make space for relief, connection, and enjoyment again.
You’ll be able to notice more moments that feel lighter. Maybe you’ll get excited about one of your interests, feel a spark of curiosity, or experience a sense of comfort being around people you trust. These moments may come slowly at first, but they grow as you practice supporting yourself in new ways.
You don’t have to face this alone anymore.
You deserve a life that feels worth living.
